ZARA Human Resources and Training Departments Booklets

A total of 70 booklet designs, each one between 32 and 120 pages, were prepared for Zara. These booklets are used by the human resources and training departments within the organization.
The sub-companies owned by Inditex are world-renowned brands:
Zara, Pull&Bear, Massimo Dutti, Bershka, Stradivarius, Oysho, Zara Home, Uterique.
I have been working with each one of them non-stop for about 5 years. I alone meet all in-house design requirements. When necessary, I can directly communicate with the Inditex general manager and department managers and take charge. I can say that we have a close and strong relationship going back to the past. My communication is valid for Turkey headquarters. General decisions regarding the brand are carried out in the Spanish Office. We can act within this general framework.

The pictures used in the booklets come ready-made from their headquarters in Spain. In addition, there are store photos in their archives. They solve this problem themselves with their own photographers. But still, it happens quite often that I have to do important touch-ups on some pictures. There are also times when they have difficulties in transmitting print-quality images from the headquarters. That's why I sometimes go looking for new pictures. I also use stock images from time to time. I usually prepare vector drawings myself.

• Time was very limited to complete the 70 booklets here. They are very quickly completed booklets.
• Think of it all as roughly 5000 pages and I had a month's time to complete all of them.

  All articles and information here are about personal professional development, work discipline and strategies, and Technical details. While preparing these booklets, I consider myself lucky to have the opportunity to read and learn these informations. They are subjects that always interested me and that I will never tire of researching. At least, knowing what is taken into consideration while organizing a showcase can be useful as information in a corner of my mind while making my own design. That's already called professional experience, right?
  
  Here are just a few page examples out of thousands of pages. But it will give general idea. Please do not only evaluate designs. I'm talking about the fact that I have been working alone for 5 years for world-known brands. I wanted you to see my patience, work discipline, determination to accomplish difficult tasks, my ability to communicate smoothly and other features. That's why the portfolio pages that passed quickly were not enough for me.
