KANER Duty Free Corporate ID

We met with Kaner Duty Free while working as Creative Director at 7 Perde Advertising Agency. Kaner is a large duty free shop located at the Cyprus Airport. We traveled to Cyprus for our first meeting with Mr. Kaner and met at his office. It was a different business trip, where we went to another country and came back almost without leaving the airport. We got the job briefs directly from him. We made annual agreements and prepared advertising campaigns. First of all, as you can see, we prepared a new logo for them. They still use this logo. I prepared the official corporate identity designs you see. That's why I'm showing this work. But we didn't just prepare a logo for Kaner. Working together as an agency, we took company and store photos, prepared videos for large screens, prepared in-store dressings, murals, designs, posters, labels, business cards, magazine, newspaper ads, web banner ads.

You can see a few examples of Kaner's official corporate identity pages here. A booklet of 32 pages in total. The booklet and designs here were prepared by me. But other designers have implemented according to the guidelines here. There is a special code on Kaner's logo. It contains details about Kaner's dynamic structure and beginning.

According to his own accounts, their story began with a bicycle. In this sense, their logo was created based on the dynamic movements of the bicycle and the mixture of the letter K. We have explained it in more detail in the booklet.

I'm not sure it's the final version of the sample currently in the portfolio. But the finished work was very close to the examples here. Also enough as a portfolio example.

  Dozens of alternatives were worked out for the logo at first. After their choice, the corporate book was created. It also guides the other corporate designs. It just has no logo information.

    I am not a professional photographer. But I can say that my design profession started in the dark room of photographers. I know how to use photographic equipment, cameras. I can do math calculations in the camera for special effects, predict the filters to be used and the required values. Usually, I take the photos I will use myself, then I retouch them on a graphics tablet and software such as photoshop and bring them closer to a professional look. I also worked with the photographer a lot. However, he must be a really good photographer so that I can be happy with the result.
