Gano Excel, Antalya Expo Center, Leaders Conference
I have been working full time at Gano Excel for 4 years. I prepared the promotional film above for the company archive and promotion. I prepared and edited 3 alternative films on the same subject. What I show here is just an alternative. Many cameramen and photographers were hired during the Antalya event. Drone shots were taken outdoors. By the time the event was completed, we had a total of over 100 hours of video footage. After assembling, extracting and supporting them with music and effects, I created a summary.
I am the only designer working in Gano Excel. Therefore, just creating videos in these events is not enough for me. I am responsible for preparing most of the events' logo, promotional banners, posters, and many other materials. I control the other outsourced resources, and I provide support to them as needed.
Antalya Expo Center, where this event is held, is the largest Fair and Exhibition Hall in Turkey. Many big events are held here. Before us, the award ceremony, which we can call the cinema oscars of the year in Turkey, was also held here. Gano Excel planned to bring 3000 top distributors together and organize a leaders meeting. The event lasted 3 days. Accommodation and food expenses were covered by Gano Excel. During this period, organizations, meetings and seminars were held in many different venues.

Visual materials, posters, murals, stage decorations, animations shown on big screen televisions, films, banners of each event are prepared by me in accordance with the corporate identity. I prepare works on many subjects from event badges to pennants. There are award ceremonies every now and then. And for these ceremonies, I work in many branches such as plaque designs, award documents, music, motivational presentations and presentations. When I add other activities from these, I will provide examples. Because Gano Excel organizes events every year. And this can actually be considered a minor activity among others.
3000 top distributors applauded the teaser video I prepared on a giant screen of about 20 meters in Antalya Expo Center.
The video below was shot by a distributor and shared on youtube. Our company co-founder shows and promotes the video I made. The video on the right is actually my cafe design that I prepared with 3D Max. Luvoco Launch was held in Antalya. In this launch, the cafe designs and coffee stands I prepared were of great importance. Actually, it's not just a video. 3D Luvoco cafe corporate design preliminary study.
However, our founding president, while promoting the video, states that the biggest purpose of organizing this event is to present and show this concept. I must say that I was not asked to study this concept, but I organized such a study myself. After these videos and designs, many people saw, liked them and wanted to open their own Luvoco Café. Currently, nearly 55 coffee corners have been opened all over the country. Not only I did make money for the company, but I also supported the establishment of a new permanent business and income channel. The idea for the cafe was already in the management's mind and I knew it. I just intentionally supported it. After all, I helped them make strong presentations.
